Salloum and Salloum were commissioned to design a family housing development with a built-up area of approximately 2,600 sqm, comprising four villas across two distinct typologies. This landmark project represents a notable shift in residential architecture in Bahrain, setting a new benchmark for contemporary family living.
Particular emphasis was placed on energy efficiency, sustainability, and refined architectural aesthetics, with passive design strategies and environmentally conscious material selections integrated throughout.
The villas were thoughtfully arranged to balance privacy and community, while maximising natural light and ventilation. This development not only redefines the local housing landscape but also reflects a broader move towards more sustainable and design-driven urban living.
