Cheyne Place

Project Name: Cheyne Place

Scope of Services: Technical design to completion. RIBA Stages 4-7

Project Value: £12m

Location: London, UK

Status: Completed

This project involved the creation of three high-end, luxury new-build duplex apartments in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea.

The scheme required the complete demolition of an existing four-storey townhouse and significant alterations to the substructure, all while providing temporary structural support to safeguard the adjacent properties. A new six-storey building has since been constructed using a reinforced concrete (RC) frame.

Delivering this vision demanded a meticulously coordinated construction process. Temporary works were carefully designed and executed to protect neighbouring structures, while the original building was dismantled and replaced with a precision-engineered RC frame.

Throughout the project, the highest quality standards were upheld. The client's uncompromising expectations for finish and detail required a collaborative design approach—where precision met creativity—to ensure every element of the build not only met but exceeded expectations.
