The Durrat North Horn project represents a visionary conceptual master plan located at the southern tip of Bahrain, overlooking the serene waters of the marina. As Conceptual Architects, our role was to shape a distinctive development that blends waterfront living with integrated urban design, all while capturing the spirit and ambition of Bahrain’s evolving coastal landscape.
This unique masterplanned community features a mix of residential, leisure, and commercial elements, with a strong focus on walkability, connectivity, and premium lifestyle offerings. Our planning approach focused on maximising the site’s natural waterfront views while introducing innovative design strategies to enhance functionality, identity, and long-term sustainability.
